AMS Blocking Emails

Hello,

Hi would I update RBL's List to the latest database? For some reason AMS 2.58 keeps rejecting emails from a bunch of users even from well-known domains like yahoo, gmail, expedia, etc... How would I enhance that filtering?

Some of the errors I am getting are shown below.

SPAM detected by RBL 'bl.spamcannibal.org'
Querying of RBL 'rbl.atlbl.net' caused an excessive delay, please check settings.
SPAM detected by RBL 'blackholes.five-ten-sg.com'.
SPAM detected by RBL 'zen.spamhaus.org'.

I really appreciate your help, thanks again!

You're running quite an old version. You can upgrade to the latest AMS 2 version via http://www.code-crafters.com/abilitymai ... index.html. Once updated you can use the SPAM wizard to reset the RBLs to medium level filtering which will replace all RBLs. This may delete some you didn't want it to so backup your config files if needed. You can use the backup tool from the tools page of the admin user interface settings to do this.

You may also want to look at upgrading to AMS 3 via http://www.code-crafters.com/abilitymai ... index.html which requires a new license from http://www.code-crafters.com/abilitymai ... rices.html.
