SSL key problems

Our Ability SSL cert expired over the weekend. I created a new .csr, a new .key, and a new .crt. I sent the .csr to RapidSSL to have it signed. I received the reply and copied the certificate code into a new.crt and tried to import it and the original .key as the ability instructions indicated.

When I hit OK on the import I get an error that says "Private Key check failed, invalid file format."

Currently we are just using unsigned certs but would like to get this issue fixed.

See my email for advice on this. Please post the solution to the question once we manage to resolve the issue.

It's fixed. It turned out to be a problem with the .crt itself. The signed cert I received to import was the wrong one.
