quick question on email forwarding

quick question on email forwarding

Postby wxPhil » Tue Jun 18, 2013 11:03 am

What does "Cycle addresses" in the webmail advanced options Redirection Email Addresses section mean and do? (Corresponding to the "cycelmode=0/1" line in the account's delivery.ini config file)

thanks...

OK - it's probably obvious (!) -aaam I right in assuming that cycling them means it'll forward separate emails to each account named, otherwise it'll just send one to the multiple addresses?

Redirect with cycle addresses means it will deliver to each one in order then repeat for each mail. Each mail will only be delivered to one redirection address though. This is useful for something like a help desk or team to distribute emails.
