Content Filtering By Group

I was wondering is it possible to do a content filter by group level. I am running two domains on one email server one domain I would like to be able to receive all email. The second one I would only like to be able to receive email only if the subject contains #secure#. The group I need to do this to contains around 2600 addresses so doing it individually would not be an option.

You can certainly filter mails by domains using wildcards etc. but not by our user groups currently if that's what you meant.
