how to open emails sent as attachments

A couple of times this past week I've tried clicking the Reply button in the AM Web Client, then selecting Forward As Attachment. The email gets forwarded OK, but I have no idea how to open the attachment in the forwarded msg.

Please note: I'm not using anything for email except the web client, whether at home or away. The AM Web Client is my only email client.

Can you forward us an example email to info@codecrafters.com and we'll view this using WebMail to see if the format is as expected?

Can you resend? We can't see the email from you in our Inbox or SPAM folders.

It's probably not the same as having an actual sample email, but here's a short video I made that shows what I'm seeing at my end: https://1drv.ms/v/s!Am5PWkYs-WX7iTQ2DKEQEK4xSmeM If you get a popup prompt to sign in to a Microsoft account simply click on No thanks, continue to view at the bottom of the popup.

I just sent the email with the attachment. The subject should be: Fwd: OOOLED 6 Inch Slim Downlight.... Also, I have not received a not-able-to-deliver message for the previous attempt.

We'll look into this to see if this can be improved.

Thanks for taking the time to view the video. I'm glad it's something you're aware of. What I hate most in these things is when a vendor says, "We've never seen anything like that". It makes it so hard to get to a resolution.
