not local

Can someone help me with this error
computers are in the same location
one is ip address with isp
other is a local address ie 192 etc
Account is not local, relaying disallowed

"Account is not local, relaying disallowed" error means that you have SMTP authentication enabled on Ability Mail Server (which you definitely should have) but haven't configured your outlook etc. to log into SMTP Authentication.

On outlook account settings, press the More Settings button and go to the Outgoing Server tab to configure this to log into the outgoing mail server with the same login details as used for the incoming mail server.

Tried your suggestions not working
Solved my problem by reverting to older version so wasted money renewing my license??????

SMTP authentication and this error have worked the sames since version 2. If it didn't work in the newer version it must have been configured differently. If you migrate your settings from 2/3 to version 4 using the import tools all settings should be transferred and upgraded where necessary.
