hello

just migrated to 4.2.7. from 3.3.2. imported all the accounts, mails , addressbooks. worked almost fine. with a few glitches.

but the worst thing is : the addreaa book does not work on the latest internet explorer. the dots just keep turning in circles. forever. until the session times out.
works perfect in firefox, edge, chrome.

what's the issue here ?

We're currently doing an update to WebMail and will check out and fix this as part of that update. For now, we recommend using Chrome for your WebMail as it's our primary browser and everything should work on there.

chrome, firefox, edge work . but internet explorer doesn't really work. listing inbox, addressbook and similar things don't work.
not sure if you mentioned in your release notes that explorer is not supported.


most of my users are simply used to explorer. so it will take some "force" to have them use edge or similar.

Thanks for the extra information. Internet Explorer is definitely still supported and everything should work. We'll make sure that all these things are fixed in a future update.
