Account has reached allocation limit

Account has reached allocation limit

Postby skeating » Thu Jun 11, 2020 8:39 pm

Hello
I am using Ability Mail server 4.2.2
I have an account that you cannot send email to with an attachment, because of it having reached the allocation limit. I went into the dashboard and changed the mailbox size limit to 10.5 GB. But still get the erro messages. Where else do I need to make a change?

Thanks

Have you definitely hit 'save' at the bottom and seen that AMS then reloads the configuration? Also the max account size is in KB, are u sure you set it for 10.5gb? I have mine set for a 30gb max, which is 30720000; yours at 10.5 should be 10752000? You also have a max mail size, which is the ceiling for the server as well.

But that's max account size / mail size server-wide; in Groups you can set both of those settings for max account / mail size also, you might also have limits you need to increase in there.
