I'd like to suggest a new option for log file format: Something like a CSV format that can be opened in Excel or another spreadsheet app or imported into a database for quick sorting and searching and counting, etc.

We plan to add a log file viewer in Ability Mail Server 3 that will allow you to view the log files, search and sort them via the admin user interface rather than opening individual logs directly.

When will you guys roll this feature out?

I'm afraid this is on a big list with lots of other features and there is no planned release date for this feature at the moment. I'll re-raise the idea to the team though for consideration in future updates.
