Auto notifications by email

Auto notifications by email

Hi Guys

Had another lightbulb moment for a suggestion! Would be very useful if AMS could auto notify the administrator by email if certain criteria has been met on the mail server. For example, you could have a number of options which the administrator can choose from which if selected, will send an automated email to notify him/her.

I could for example, request an auto notification if my outgoing mail queue exceeds 10000, or if a user is deleted or domain settings are changed etc, there could be any number of important features you could provide admins with, so in effect, pre-warns the admin if something is up or to check the system.

Better than having all your customers phoning up on a Monday asking where their emails are gone right :D

Thank you for the suggestion. This is indeed a good idea and something we already looking into adding too. Basically in the pipeline is a system which will provide feedback to the administrator should certain problems arise (memory low, CPU maxed out, service offline...etc.). The specifics of what notifications will become availalbe however has not yet been decided.
