Wildcards in Static Routes

Wildcards in Static Routes

Postby m1byo » Wed Jul 16, 2008 4:46 pm

Hello,

A great addition to the outgoing email functionality would be to support wildcards in the static routes.

this is because there are a lot of companies who provide the user with a full subdomain e.g. customer.freeserve.co.uk and customer2.freeserve.co.uk

I would like to be able to use a wildcard *.freeserve.co.uk to ensure all freeserve email addresses are processed the same way. At the same time there would probably have to be some ordering to the list also so customer3.freeserve.co.uk could be handled differently if required!

Thanks very much

Ian

P.S. How is AMS3 coming on?? I am sure I am not the only one really looking forward to this upgrade!

Thanks for the suggestion, I have made a note and passed this along to the rest of the team. This of course would a be simple change and something which I can see as been rather useful. Currently AMS is still being worked on but I would hope for a release later this year, as always ensure you're signed up to the mailing lists for any beta/release announcements.
