Today, I recieved an unusual number of emails with large attachments. The sender(s) began receiving the "Account has reached the allocation limit." error email. As far as I can tell no limitations have been applied to my account/domain. Can you direct me to the setting that would be causing this error message to be generated? All of the settings which relate to limitation are un-checked (max-email and max account) although they do still have the default values in the text boxes (dimmed)

If you have not got any Maximum Account Sizes set up in any of the user groups, then the limitation will be defined by the "Maximum Account Size" in the General Settings
