Problems with RBL positives

I turned on the RBLs for Spamhaus and suddenly I stopped receiving emails. I sent an email from my Hotmail account and the message I got back was:

Final-Recipient: rfc822;bkiser@matsonalarm.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.5.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;530 Recipient refused. Known spammer found, refer to http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=65.54.246.139

When I go to spamhaus.org and to a lookup on ip=65.54.246.139 it says that IP is not listed in any of their directories. What could cause this?
