SalesForce - EmailAgent

Does anyhow have successfull experience with using the SalesForce EmailAgent app with AMS? We are having trouble with the app authenticating into AMS. Any suggestions are welcome!

We haven't tested this ourselves unfortunatly but if you could include any error messages you are receiving, there may be something I can suggest.
