Remove attachments on individual account

Is there a way to remove attachments on individual accounts. I have some mobile users and I want to be able to remove any attachments that go to them.

Yes, use the content filtering preset rule for Blocking Attachments then just swap the All Emails condition for "Any SMTP Recipient CONTAINS your recipients (seperated by semi-colons)".
