admin mail to all users

There used to be a facility whereby AMS administrators could send a message to all users no matter what domain they were in. Is this facility still available as I do not appear to be able to find it.

This is a very old feature from Ability Mail Server 1.xx. There isn't the same feature in AMS 2.xx. However, you can simply add all domains, groups or users to a mailing list (best to do domains or groups so they update automatically) and then just send an email to that mailing list.
