mail not delivered to local inbox

i have problem when user send email from domain 1 to my domain mail gets delivered to server but never to users inbox, nor to spam folder or wherever ,that is the case only from one domain , i have added application rule that smtp string when comes from that mx host it bypass filtering , but nothing , i have updated to latest version of Ability yesterday , but this morning problem remains .

it seems that problem was in incoming AV/AS filter based on CISCO /TrendMicro that was deleting messages , when module was disabled everything was working normally .

Cisco routers have an SMTP gateway which in versions we've seen didn't properly support EHLO SMTP authenticated logins which seems to have caused the issues you've been facing. Glad you managed to find and resolve the issue.
