SSL issue

I tried to send this to support, but I must have the wrong email address. I have a support agreement with you. Anyway, I am updating the SSL on my mail server, but it does not work. Then I remebered that last year, the Support people had to merge the two parts of my GoDaddy certs, for it to work. Is it possible I could have this done again?

Combining certificates is usually just a case of editing your main certificate using notepad etc. and appending the intermediate certificate to the end of it.
