Change default Country

Hi, I just grabbed the demo version of this what seems 'terrific product' however; I cannot locate anywhere the code to change the default "Country Selection" in the registration/address book drop-down. As I am in Australia I would really like the default to be exactly that.

Please advise.

Presently this option does not exist but I will make a recommendation for this to be added in a future update.
