The only way to achieve this would be to ensure that the SPAM filtering system only sets the SPAM flag, and any SPAM mails are moved to the Junk folder with a content filter rule. Once this is setup, and junk mail is moving to the right location, a user can then create custom filters per white list entry required. These would basically look for a particular From address and place the mail in the Inbox instead. In the future we do plan to add a actual white list to each user which willl be accessible through WebMail.
