White List Help

White List Help

Postby Marc » Mon Dec 17, 2007 11:36 am

Hi All,

Great product and the forum is a nice touch too.

I want 2 domains on our server to be completely exempt from all Content and Spam filtering. I have setup white list rules:
Any Recipient=*@domain1.co.uk
Any Recipient=*@domain2.com
However some mail is still going to spam. Are the circumstances when these rules would be bypassed? Are the rules the best way to do this?

Also where are the customer events setup? Can you edit them?

Thanks, Marc

In 2.60 there was a bug which meant the bayesian could skip some SPAM white list rules. What I Recommend is that you update to the latest version 2.61 to ensure these aren't effecting you.

Hi,

Already running 2.61.

Are my rules the correct way of doing this?

Thanks,
Marc

If you could send me your remote admin login details to rob@code-crafters.com, I will examine your SPAM and content filtering rule settings. Also, if you could give me actual domain names you want white listing in your email to me too.
