I currently have a catch all account set up so that if a misspelled e-mail address is sent to our domain, the catch all auto reply will point them toward out phone book so they can retry the e-mail. What this leaves is a long string in the queue as any spammer will get a failure message and it will remain in the queue until its life is over (no account from the spammer, continues to retry)
Is there a way to only retry a failure message once - I've tried setting up a content rule, but after it gets to the queue the content filter doesn't apply and I do want a general one time help message to people trying to e-mail our domain.
