set domain admins for single domains

We host several domains on our server and would like to define admins for each domain, so that they are able to add, edit and delete email accounts for their domain.
We activated the option "Domain Admin(s)" in the domain settings and defined an existing user as admin (user@domain.com].
But in WebMail (http://www.domain.com:8000) there's still no possibility to edit email accounts for this domain.
is there anything else we have to do?

Once you've logged into WebMail on the selected Domain Admin account, simply click the Options tab at the top then click the Domain Admin link at the bottom of the Options page to add, edit and delete email addresses for the domains the account has access to.

Unfortunately there is no "domain admin" link under options.
I've only Personal Information, Address Book, Advanced Options, Change Password, Auto-Response, Signatures, Filters and SPAM and POP3 Retrievals .

If you've had your Ability Mail Server since before version 2.50 then the chances are that you're still using the old templates rather than the new enchanced templates which also contain many new features including Domain Admins.

1) The easiest way to enable enhanced templates is to shut down the mail server, delete the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Code-Crafters\Ability Mail Server 2\config\webmail.ini" then restart the mail server with the new default WebMail settings.

or

2) If you have complicated domain specific templates or other settings you want to keep then you can go into the WebMail settings (normal admin interface) and change the following settings:

Under the Templates tab:
Default Template = webmailenhanced\original\

Under the Sessions tab:
View Mails in HTML First = ticked
Enable 'Enhanced Template' Mode = ticked
Allow Rich-text / HTML Composing = ticked

This should enable enhanced templates and allow you to edit Domain Admins. If not then you probably haven't correctly selected that user as a Domain Admin.
