whitelist

on our mailserver we configured an email address to receive all mails (any recipient address=name@domain).
since sunday every mail sent to this address goes to the spamdirectory ( we have a content filtering, that redirects every mail with spamflag set to a specific mailbox)
what can we do to prevent this?

The first thing is to find out which SPAM filter is triggering the SPAM flag (the SMTP log will help here). Once identified, you then need to figure out why those mails are triggering the SPAM flag. If you would like some help please feel free to send me a zipped up copy of your SPAM logs which cover the time since sunday and a couple of raw mail files that were processed as SPAM. Of course I assume these emails are not SPAM.
