Adding comment to filter rules

Is there a way to add a comment line to whitelist/black list and blocked/safe IP rules? By that I mean a text label whose sole purpose is to identify the rule, i.e. "12.345.678.90 <Bypass filter for John Jones>". As years go by we have dozens of these rules and we often have no idea why they were put there in the first place.

Sorry there is no way to do this as of yet. However, this does sound like a good feature to put on the to do list and so I will forward this to the rest of the team.
