Russian spam

The Bayesian filter is not working very well Russian spam (and I cannot read them).
As I do not expect to receive Russian mail I added a Content Filtering rule, marking
everything with charset = koi8-r as spam.
Simple, Easy, Effective

Again thank you for this tip also, many users do block certain charsets, such as chinese charsets blocking can be common (especially to domains that do not communicate or expect to receive any chinese mail).
