I subscribe to Barracuda Email Security and they require me "To relay outbound mail through the Barracuda Email Security Service, in your mail server or Smart host, specify the hostname value from the ,Outbound IP Address field for each domain from which you'll be relaying outbound mail." Is there a way to do this in Ability Mail Server?

Yes, in the outgoing mail service settings, set the main outgoing route to relay mode and enter barracudas mail server details as the relay including any smtp auth login required. You can also do this per domain using static routes also in outgoing mails.
