can someone help with this error
Recipient Rejected:
zpirere@yahoo.com.au (452 Too many recipients)]
Only happened since we moved to new server box

There is an SMTP service setting for Max Recipients Per Mail on the Services / SMTP / Security page which has a default of 128. Just make this number higher to allow more. Consider also using mailing lists if you are sending to the same list regularly. This will act as a single recipient and not be subject to this limit

Try raising the limit above the number of recipients for the mailing list to see if that solves the issue. If so then mailing lists must still be subject to this limit.
