Mail Server 3.2.4 install issues

Im getting multiple errors with Mail Server version 3.2.4. Im installing AMS in a fresh install of Virtualbox Version 4.3.10 with Win 7 Pro (fully patched). The error occur when I first go to run the mail server software.
Error #1 is "... can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing"
Error #2 is " ... File "LIBEAY32.dll", error 126

Any help would be great,

Please download and install again via http://www.codecrafters.com/AbilityMailServer/Download. We have temporarily reverted to an earlier version following reported compatibility issues with Windows 7. We should be publishing another version later today to address these issues.
