Reverse DNS

Hi;

Ability Email Server 1.20

Some emails from the server are being blocked are failing because of reverse DNS lookup failure. Is there a way that I can resolve this?

This is common behaviour with some large ISP's and mail service providers. The only real solution is to ensure that your ISP sets a reverse IP lookup for your IP. This isn't something you can generally do so I recommend you contact your ISP.
