Unable to Add Signature in Content Filtering Rule

Unable to Add Signature in Content Filtering Rule

Postby jum » Fri Dec 28, 2007 4:33 am

I'm trying to add the "Add Signature" action to a content rule. However when I enter the text and click OK I get the follwoing message

The following error occurred...

Invalid string.

Any ideas?

I'm running v2.60.

There are Text and HTML sections make sure you fill in both. Normally you would put the same for both Text and HTML. Note that you only need to write the text words for the HTML and not actually any HTML code as this is done for you.

That worked. Many thanks. the doco was not very clear that both txt and html were required. It seemed more like a txt OR html was required.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll see if we can clarify this in a future update.
