Exchange 2007 Issue..

Exchange 2007 Issue..

Postby KrisC » Sat Aug 11, 2012 7:16 am

I was wondering if anyone can help with this problem. One of our clients is trying to send email to us from exchange 2007, but the transaction gets cut short because the exchange server sends an unknown command. The server sends the data command, but with a space at the end of data, EXP: Log file [DATA ] instead of [DATA] . Is there a way to tell our server to process this right or is it strictly the exchange server's issue.

Thanks
Kris

Can you send an SMTP debug log showing this command and Ability Mail Server's response to info@code-crafters.com and we'll have a look into this further. There shouldn't be a space after the DATA but if needed we'll add in a workaround for this in the next minor update.
