Sent the below email to info@code-crafters.com last Thursday but have not received a reply. Sent a chaser on Monday to info and sales but still no reply. What do I have to do to receive a response?

I have just followed the instructions in the FAQ to move my mail server from one machine (due to be decommissioned) to another. The original installation has been de-initialised and is not running. Everything has gone smoothly apart from the fact that the server now reports that it is unlicensed. When I try to enter my licence key
xxxxxxxxxxx Licence Key was here in original email xxxxxxxxxxx
I am told that it is invalid.
Please can you help?
