Is their a template that has message preview?

I'm not sure what you mean. I assume you mean WebMail templates for composing new mails? You can compose in either plain text or html and set which to use by default in the user options.

no like hotmail when you receive a message in your inbox you can see a preview of the message.

This isn't available in the current WebMail but is hopefully something we can build into a future release.
