When you first load Ability Mail Server 5 it should find your Ability Mail Server 4 and prompt to migrate as long as it's in a default installation location. You can also run the Import Tool after that by going to Settings -> Tools in the admin dialog interface. Migrating settings will import all existing settings and emails but also migrate settings that need to change between versions too. You can also just copy the entire config folder from Ability Mail Server 4 to Ability Mail Server 5 installation folder but this won't migrate settings. If you do this, you should delete the webmail.ini file so that is reset to sensible default settings but the import tool is the easiest way.
