Problem changing max account size (IMAP)

Having an issue with a clients IMAP account in AMS, need some help quite urgently on this one

Basically the max account size for the account group their in was 200mb which is too small, so i firstly tried to increase that under the group settings from 204800kb to 512000kb but it's not worked, their webmail account is still showing 204800kb.

Secondly I setup a new group with a max account size of 521000kb, and tried moving a test account to it and the same result, under webmail its still showing a limit of 204800kb.

What do we need to do too increase the limit of these IMAP accounts?

There is a 2nd place where the maximum account size is restricted (and mail size), the general settings. Basically this second box is a overall limit which defines the upper limit for all groups. Simply adjust this option so that it is high enough to accomdate all your various group sizes.
