Email Piping

Can I have email being sent to example@domain.com redirected to a php script? I'm working on a Help Desk system that can do email piping for real-time ticket creation and notifications.

If your script is sending via Ability Mail Server usually the problem is setting the script to log into SMTP authentication which you need enabled for relaying security. However, if you can't log into Abiltiy Mail Server to send mail you can add the scripting computer's IP address as an SMTP relaying safe IP (relaying access tab) to allow the script to send.
