Best way to automatically move mails

Best way to automatically move mails

What is the best way to automatically move mails with given subjects from the inbox of one domain to a special subfolder of another domain?? Tried it with a combination of "content filtering" and extra rules in the users "custom filters"... but I would need to be able to add more than just 5 custom filters to get it to work.... So there must be a better cleaner way!?

When you say domain, do you actually mean email account (sorry but your terminology does seem a little confusing). However, the best way generally is purely through content filtering, as this can react to subjects and redirect mail to any account on any domain, even any folder within a given account. Basically you would use the actions "Place in Account Directory" and "Redirect To". I should note that the number of custom filters can be set to higher value via the group settings.

Ah, cool.... missed the "place in account directory" option..... but what's the exact syntax for entering the account directory?? Is it like the user directoy path "config\accounts\myserver.com\webmaster\folder.subfolder\" or like "webmaster@myserver.com\folder\subfolder\"?

The syntax would simple be "folder.subfolder", or of course even simpler, "folder" (no full file path is required). If the account directory doesn't exist, then it will default to the Inbox.
