backup restore

we need to install the ftp-server on another harddisk.
is there any possibility to make a backup of all users and configurations and restore this on the new disk?

You can simply copy the entire installation directory to the new server. This will move everything you need. You then only need to optionally re-install to restore shortcuts to the start menu and desktop.
