Baysiean Score into Mail Headers

It would be good if there was an option which would allow for the actual baysiean score to be included in a X header in the email.

There already is such an option! You can add a content filter rule with an action to Add/Edit a Header such as:

X-Bayes-Score: ####BAYESIANSCORE####
