The suggestion is to prevent AMS from sending RBL requests for IP addresses in the reserved local ranges: 192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x, 172.cannot.remember.this.range. My local (LAN-only) DNS server logs show that AMS does appear to send such RBL requests under some conditions, for the local client system's LAN IP.
Now, I realize that this may be partly/mostly/entirely my fault. I recently changed the static IP address of my own workstation, and forgot to adjust any exemptions I had set up for the old address. I'm sure that I can "fix" it. But it seems to me that this should never be allowed anyway, just on general principles. (Please protect us from ourselves, so to speak.)
Thanks
