can you suggest which plugin is better to control over spams.

Sorry this isn't something we hold information on, but there are many services and software which can invisibly sit in front of your SMTP and manage your SPAM. Of course most of our customers use the built in features but others do take advantage of the online SPAM filtering services (which take over your MX and relay the mails onto you).
