Anti-Virus Application Fail Notification

I think it would be a useful tool to include a warning to the admin email address which notifies the administrator if the Virus application fails.

Thank you for the suggestion, I have made notes and passed this along to the rest of the team. We are looking into adding notifications in version 3 and I have added this to the list of potential points of interest in which to notify the admin.
