The WebMail pages will only run on the built in WebMail web server since they integrate into the software using our own custom scripting language. Therefore the pages must be run from the Ability Mail Server software although you could store them on a different hard drive or network drive to the software installation as long as you change the WebMail template settings to reflect this. The pages won't run on another web server like IIS. However, you can use a subdomain like webmail.domain.com to redirect your website to the WebMail login or even build in the login page to your website but change the script in the page to post a login to Ability Mail Server on the appropriate domain and port.
