Content Filtering Questions

I'm trying to setup content filtering to block emails with certain words (i.e. viagra). I've setup a rule "Any message text line matches "viagra" then for actions I set to "Delete email". I'm still getting emails with Viagra in the sender, subject, and body. What am I doing wrong?

You must use the STRING CONTAINS condition match type for this to work poperly. Also, make sure the condition is not case sensitive.
