Send via CDO

Hi,

We are trying to send mail via CDO through AMS but are having challenges. Logs reflect we are not making connection (we think). We are however able to send from the same machine via command line via AMS. Any tips, nuances you can share would be appreciated.

If you send mail via AMS from a script usually the obstacle is not logging into SMTP authentication for relaying access which can be either forgotten or more often not supported by some scripting languages. To get around this problem you can add the scripting computers IP to the SMTP relaying safe IPs to allow this IP always to be authenticated without needing to log in to SMTP authentication.
