sender recognition confirmation

What would be an nice addon is the following:

If you have a filled addresslist and you type the name as it is represented in the addresslist, you have no way of knowing whether or not the name has been recognised. For example: You have a contact named "Bill Gates" in you address list. You type Bill Gates in the address bar of your email, but there is no way of knowing if that name is recognised from the addresslist until the moment that you actually send the email (then an error message pops up). What would be nice is if the name gets underlined to indicate that the name was recognised (as Outlook does, for example).
