Help with Mailing Lists

Have set up AMS 2.63 and everything appears to be working except mailing lists the mail does not go anywhere and is not returned it just disappears.
I must have missed some seeting or something.
Does anyone have any idea on what to check for please?

The most common cause of this is simply the subject trigger phrase. By default you have to include the text...

TRIGGER

...in the subject. When the mailing list receives this, it will strip it out and send the mail onto all recipients on the list. Of course you can change this to something more unique using the mail list settings, or simply clear it to remove the requirement for the subject trigger phrase.
