I have a client that wants to set up an email address for their child. They want me to set it up so they can receive copies of all of the incoming and outgoing emails. The incoming are easy. I have not been able to find a way to have a copy of the outgoing emails sent to their address using controls on the server. Is such a feautre available? I'm running version 2.63. Thank you.

This is indeed possible, but is only do-able from within content filtering. Basically you can add the standard preset rule which save a copy of all outgoing mail. To make this more focused to the childs account, you can add an addional condition of...

AND SMTP Sender Matches "childsemailaddress"

I would recommend using the contains string match option.
