Bad Mail Found

Hi I have an email in my inbox subject Bad Mail Found. I cannot delete the email in Outlook or through Webmail.
I have moved all the mail from the inbox to another folder and it still remains.

I have checked in the config folder and there is nothing in the inbox. Does anyone have any ideas or fixes.

This Bad Mail does now seem to have cleared on it own, I think when a new email message comes in it seems to update the inbox and clear out this item.
